COVID-19 PROCEDURE
Please arrive without any additional guests during this time. Hands must be sanitized/washed before getting serviced. You may use our UV sterilizer wand to disinfect any personal belongings. We have a limited supply of UV Sterilizer Wands for sale. We ask that you bring your own mask, however, we will be providing extra masks in case!
DEPOSITS
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for all Luxe Rose, Citrus Jelly, & Lash Extension appointments. This deposit will not be refunded for any cancellation reason. This amount will be deducted from final total when you make your payment after your service.
LATE APPOINTMENTS / NO-SHOWS
Your appointment will be cancelled if you no-show or are late more than 15 minutes & you will lose your deposit in this case. No-Show appointments will result in a No Show Fee of $20 before booking future appointments.
RESCHEDULE
To reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit, please notify us within a minimum of 48 hours. Any rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment time will be considered as cancellation and you will lose your $25+tax deposit or be required to pay a $20 fee when booking a new appointment.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancelling your appointment within less than 48 hours will result in a $20 Cancellation Fee (applied to your next appointment).
ILLNESS & EMERGENCY
If you display any sick symptoms such as cough, fever, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat and etc., we have the right to cancel your appointment. In the case that there is an emergency, we will always understand! Please notify us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your appointment.
